Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
Welcome to www.mangermadellc.com. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by MangerMade LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “you”) and MangerMade LLC. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or commissioning custom manufacturing or 3D printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or order any products or services.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you create an account on the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
2. Standard E-Commerce Orders and Pricing
- Order Acceptance: All orders submitted through the website are subject to acceptance by MangerMade LLC. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit order quantities at our sole discretion, including instances of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory shortages.
- Pricing and Currency: All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, customs duties, or shipping charges unless expressly indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
- Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with state and local tax regulations based on the delivery destination.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time an order is placed. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). You represent that you have legal authorization to use the payment method provided.
3. Custom Manufacturing, 3D Printing, and Fabrication Services
In addition to off-the-shelf goods, MangerMade LLC provides on-demand 3D printing, custom design, prototyping, and electronic/hardware fabrication services. The following terms apply specifically to custom manufacturing orders:
A. Customer-Supplied Files and Specifications
Customers may submit Computer-Aided Design (CAD) files, 3D models (e.g., STL, STEP, 3MF), technical drawings, or functional specifications. By submitting any digital design or intellectual asset, you warrant that:
- You own all intellectual property rights in the submitted design, or possess explicit, written licenses and authorizations to manufacture the part.
- The design does not infringe upon any third-party patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
- The design does not violate applicable export control laws or involve unlawful weapons, restricted firearms components, or hazardous devices.
B. Manufacturing Tolerances and Material Characteristics
Custom manufacturing processes—including additive manufacturing (FDM/FFF, SLA/SLS) and electronic assembly—have inherent physical and thermal variances. Unless explicit written engineering tolerance agreements are executed prior to production:
- Parts are produced according to standard commercial additive manufacturing tolerances (typically ±0.2 mm to ±0.5% of nominal dimension, whichever is greater).
- Surface finish characteristics, layer lines, support interface marks, minor color variations, and normal anisotropic mechanical properties are inherent to 3D printing and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
- Environmental suitability (such as heat deflection temperatures, UV resistance, or chemical compatibility) is the customer’s responsibility to verify when selecting materials (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon).
C. Custom Order Changes and Cancellations
Because custom products are built to individual specifications, once fabrication, slicing, material allocation, or print preparation has commenced, custom orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
| Category | Policy Details and Terms |
|---|---|
| Fulfillment & Lead Times | In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom manufactured items or pre-order hardware kits ship according to stated production lead times. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. |
| Shipping Carriers | Shipments are handled via commercial carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information is provided upon label generation. |
| Title & Risk of Loss (FOB Origin) | All physical purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss, damage, and title for items pass to the Customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. MangerMade LLC is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or mishandling once tendered to the carrier. |
| Delivery Address Accuracy | Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Additional carrier fees resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses (or packages returned as undeliverable) are the financial responsibility of the Customer. |
5. Returns, Refunds, and Inspection Period
- Inspection Period: Customers must inspect all packages and items within five (5) calendar days of delivery. Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported to MangerMade LLC in writing within this period, accompanied by photographs of the item, packaging, and packing slip.
- Standard Off-the-Shelf Products: Unused, unopened, and non-custom physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: All custom 3D-printed parts, customized electronic kits, and special-order items are strictly non-refundable and final sale, unless an agreed-upon manufacturing defect deviates substantially from the approved digital CAD model.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content hosted on www.mangermadellc.com, including logos, graphics, text, product photography, UI code, firmware, CAD designs developed by MangerMade LLC, and brand names, are the exclusive property of MangerMade LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
For custom manufacturing services, the Customer retains all ownership rights to their proprietary CAD files and designs submitted to us. The Customer grants MangerMade LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to use, reproduce, and adapt the files to the extent required to quote, fabricate, and deliver the ordered parts.
7. Product Disclaimer and Intended Use

11. Force Majeure
MangerMade LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather events, fires, floods, pandemics, supply chain bottlenecks, raw material shortages, electrical blackouts, equipment failure, carrier strikes, labor disputes, or civil unrest.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
